 PX is the king of the
Spanish sweet wines.
This Sherry wine boasts an untamed complexity
developed by a 27-year aging period in American oak
barrels. It has notes of raisins, dried plums,
coffee, chocolate, brown sugar and dates.
Fig bonbons are figs with a chocolate and
liquor filling and a dark chocolate cover. A low-fat,
healthy bonbon.
Southern Spain is the home of this traditional
food and wine combination.
